During her 16+ years in business, Michelle has found that there is a sneaky saboteur among women business owners.
This saboteur comes in the form of misleading marketing messages, cultural expectations, and unintentional peer pressure that makes women believe that in order to “have it all” they have to “do it all”.
With this in mind, and her belief that women who know their value and do work that inspires them to make the world a better place, Michelle has developed a system for recalibrating her clients’ idea of success and then reorganizing their business to match.
Her simple mantra of “delegate, automate, eliminate” has become a life saver for the overworked business owner and has helped many of her clients steer clear of calling it quits and begin to feel the magic in their business again.
