About Michelle Spalding

In 2005 Michelle launched TMC to help the Realtors she worked with as a closing agent in a law firm in Central Florida. She knew that most needed help, but few could afford nor wanted the responsibility of a full-time assistant. Over the years, her team has grown, and so has her passion for helping others succeed. In 2015, Michelle published her long-awaited book, The Road from Contract to Close: How to Successfully (and Easily) Manage the Details without Losing Your Mind – Or Your Clients!.

In addition to supporting her team at TMC, Michelle provides private consulting and coaching services to select clients. She is often asked to speak at conferences, real estate training events, seminars, webinars, and teleconferences, about her unique role in growing the Transaction Coordinator Industry from its roots. And in 2017, she launched the Transaction Coordinator Academy to provide training and support to transaction coordinators nationwide.
